My art work is about human choices and the results of these decisions. Whether it be a decaying mill, expanding markets, or the breakdown of a rock formation I am concerned with the opposition created in each process. The pulsing, breathing, push/pull of the land and human interaction is what interests me. Human memory fluctuating through images providing fragments of what is there and what is not. This process is then recreated through painting; removing, scraping, layering - doubt and rethinking until completion."> '; document.write(alternateContent); // insert non-flash content } } // -->
